When purchasing source code with its corresponding license, please review the following terms regarding refunds and cancellations:

Cancellation Eligibility: You can cancel your order and request a full refund only if the download link has not been shared. Once the download link has been issued via email or other means, the order is deemed complete.

Non-Refundable After Delivery: Due to the digital nature of source code, no refunds or cancellations are permitted once the download link is sent, regardless of whether the file was accessed or downloaded.

License Compliance: By completing the purchase, you agree to adhere to the license terms provided. Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized modification of the source code outside the defined license terms is strictly forbidden.

Service Orders – Deployment, Customization, Hosting

The following terms apply to service-based transactions, including but not limited to setup, configuration, deployment (on-premises or cloud), or any technical implementation:

No Refund After Work Begins: Once the service process has started—whether for setup, server configuration, or resource allocation—the transaction becomes non-refundable.

Pre-Service Cancellation: You may cancel the service order only if the implementation has not started. Refunds will not be provided once work is underway.

Order Confirmation Agreement: By confirming a service order, you give us authorization to begin as scheduled. Ensure all project details and deliverables are finalized before placing your order.

Defined Scope and Schedule: We strongly advise clients to clearly outline the expected scope, features, and timelines prior to order confirmation to avoid delays or disputes.

Subscription Plan Cancellations

We offer flexible subscriptions tailored to your needs. Kindly review the cancellation guidelines outlined below for clarity:

7-Day Refund Window: Subscriptions may be cancelled for a full refund within 7 days from the start date. This grace period allows you to evaluate the service.

Cancellation Process: To cancel, either contact our support team or use the option available in your dashboard. Refunds will typically be processed within 5 to 7 business days, based on your payment provider.

If you have questions or need assistance with your subscription, our support team is here to help.

Non-Refundable After 7 Days: After the 7-day grace period, refunds are not available for the ongoing billing cycle. You may still cancel the subscription to prevent renewal.

Auto-Renewal Notice: Unless cancelled, subscriptions renew automatically. To prevent unexpected renewals, we recommend adjusting your billing settings within your account dashboard.

If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within a few business days.
